Several months after my second set of twins was born, I started writing the occasional Twinspin. My spin on life with twins. We have fraternal girls and identical boys. We are constantly evaluating what works and what doesn’t. You can bet at some point, we’ll be doing a science fair project on twin tendencies or twin genetics. And while we’ve figured out a lot, we are no experts.
From tandem nursing to college applications x 2, twins maintain a different context for parenting and life decisions. I still have questions and appreciate hearing from twin families about how they managed.
I love meeting twins or twin parents. There is always an instant bond. So much is understood without saying a word. Yet, we’re curious. We want to know how other twin families have handled things. Sometimes we need ideas. Sometimes we just want to know someone else out there gets it – completely.
